No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been processed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all items, quantities, and shipping information are correct. We can not change information that you have set. 

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through our customer service email or contact form and include your name, address, phone number, order number, and a minimum of 3 clear and visible photos. If your cancellation request is received within the 15-minute window and your order has not begun processing, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment or store credit. 

Cancellation requests received after the 15-minute window will NOT be approved for any reason. 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

• Orders successfully canceled within the 15-minute cancellation window.
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled by our business.
• Situations where a refund is required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement/refund/store credit at our discretion.
