Disruptive Theory Third-Party Shipping Policy

At Disruptive Theory, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed the selected shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery process is no longer in our control and responsibility is automatically transferred to that third-party logistics provider.

Third-Party Shipping Services

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your order. Delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather or natural disasters or acts of God
• Holidays and peak shipping seasons
• Carrier operational delays
• Transportation disruptions
• Customs processing (for international shipments)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Other unforeseen events affecting the shipping carrier

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Disruptive Theory, you acknowledge and agree that once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined solely by that carrier. You understand and accept that Disruptive Theory cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. We encourage customers to monitor their shipment directly through the carrier's tracking system for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. While Disruptive Theory will gladly assist in communicating with the shipping carrier and helping to resolve shipping issues, we cannot guarantee the outcome of carrier investigations and are not liable for delays or losses that occur while your package is in the carrier's possession.  If your order has the option for purchasing additional insurance to protect your purchase, we at Disruptive Theory highly suggest and recommend purchasing the additional coverage to protect your product. This is not required but highly recommended.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Disruptive Theory is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped. This is not limited to but includes the name of the customer receiving and/or shipping the order. 

Acceptance of This Policy

By placing an order with Disruptive Theory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Third-Party Shipping Policy, including the understanding that shipping timelines are estimates and that delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control are accepted as part of your purchase.

 

 

Chemistry Fragrance Line Weekly Shipping Policy

To ensure the highest quality and consistency of our Chemistry Fragrance products, all orders are processed and shipped once each week on Wednesdays.

Orders placed at any time before Wednesday's scheduled shipment will be included in that week's shipping batch. Orders placed on or after the Wednesday shipment has been processed will ship the following Wednesday. This excludes any holidays that may fall on a Wednesday, in which the batch order will ship the following business day. 

Shipping Examples

• Example 1: If you place your order on Saturday, your order will be processed and shipped on the next Wednesday.
• Example 2: If you place your order on Monday, your order will also be processed and shipped on the upcoming Wednesday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times after shipment are determined by the shipping carrier and are subject to factors beyond our control. Please refer to our Third-Party Shipping Policy.
